Step 3. Forms and Agreements. You may elect to use any of the following forms, your REALTOR Association forms or use your Attorney's recommended forms.

Buyer Application Link  Form filled out and signed by buyer. The homeowner will take the filled out application and fax it to the number on the form, add all your contact information to the form. Insure all blanks that can be filled in are completed.

This is a form that has to be signed by buyer at the time a credit application is filled out. Authorization to share credit information

Home Seller's Real Estate Sales Contract This form may be used between any seller and buyer nationwide or a locally obtained contract may be used. Check with a local title company for any additional state required disclosures. Most will provide them to you for free.
